US v. BYNUM, 00-4773

Evidence obtained during a search was admissible under the good faith exception adopted by the Supreme Court in United States v. Leon, 468 U.S. 897, because a supporting affidavit contained sufficient indicia of probable cause, so that reliance on it was not unreasonable.
