US v. DODSON, 01-6480

When, as here, convictions and sentences arise from a multicount indictment, a single judgment of conviction results, and convictions and sentences on all counts become a final judgment of conviction at the same time for purposes of 28 U.S.C.A. section 2255 and its one-year statute of limitations.
