Denial of all habeas relief after imposition of death sentence was proper where appellant argued that at his trial the state withheld exculpatory evidence and knowingly presented perjured testimony (where state presented overwhelming evidence of guilt), that his counsel provided ineffective assistance, and that the indictment under which he was convicted was constitutionally defective.
