United States Fourth Circuit

SOUTH ATLANTIC LTD. P'SHIP OF TENN., LP v. RIESE, 99-1497

In consolidated appeals arising out of a failed business relationship between real estate developers who assert myriad claims against one another, examining the mail and wire fraud instructions, while there may have been some potential for confusion on the issue of specific intent to defraud, in the context of the entire jury charge the jury was adequately informed of the controlling legal principles without being misled or confused.
