CONT'L AIRLINES, INC. v. UNITED AIRLINES, INC., 01-1435

Airport security checkpoint bottleneck which requires passengers for all airlines to go through same checkpoint and thus use the same baggage template for oversized luggage will defeat a summary judgment that the use of a uniform template for all airlines is anti-competitive.
