Evidence that a defendant in a conspiracy to harbor an illegal alien allowed a co-conspirator to physically abuse the alien, is sufficient to support a conviction of harboring and causing serious bodily injury and jeopardizing a person's life, under 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(B)(iii).
