Plaintiffs presented a prima facie case for a rational jury to find that defendant's stated reason for their eviction was pretext for racial discrimination under 42 USC 1981(a) where they were members of a protected class, contracted for motel accommodations, did not exceed alleged occupancy requirements, and were denied accommodations available to others outside the protected class.
