MEINDL v. GENESYS PAC. TECH., INC., 98-2270

Because a default judgment is entitled to preclusive effect under Hawaii law and because Congress has created no implied exception to 28 USC 1738, a default judgment is also entitled to full faith and credit in bankruptcy claims allowance proceedings.
