AMAECHI v. WEST, 00-1129
A search which results in an male law enforcement officer's hand slightly penetrating a woman's naked genitalia is not a reasonable search within the meaning of the Fourth Amendment, as highly intrusive without apparent justification, especially just oustide her home in full view of neighbors and family.
