Affirmed a conviction on drug-trafficking charges. Raising a venue challenge, the defendant argued that he could not reasonably have foreseen that conduct in furtherance of the conspiracy would have occurred in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Rejecting his argument, the Third Circuit declined to adopt a reasonable foreseeability test for venue.
