United States Third Circuit

Affirmed convictions of several individuals who were charged with crimes in connection with a ticket-fixing scheme in the Philadelphia Traffic Court. Some of the individuals pleaded guilty while others proceeded to trial and were acquitted of fraud and conspiracy counts but convicted of perjury for statements they made before the grand jury. The Third Circuit consolidated their appeals for efficiency and ultimately affirmed all of the convictions.
