Held that high school students who objected to a school district policy allowing transgender classmates to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their gender identities were not entitled to a preliminary injunction. The plaintiffs alleged that the school district's transgender bathroom policy violated their constitutional rights of bodily privacy, as well as Title IX and Pennsylvania tort law. In an amended opinion, the Third Circuit agreed with the district court that the plaintiffs were not likely to succeed on the merits of their claims and also had not shown they would be irreparably harmed absent the requested injunction.
