Osorio-Martinez v. Attorney General US, 17-2159

In this immigration action, the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Immigration and Nationality Act acts as an unconstitutional suspension of the writ of habeas corpus as applied to minors who have been accorded Congressional protection under the Special Immigrant Juvenile classification. Reversed denial of request for injunctive relief and remand.
