United States Third Circuit
Bonilla v. Sessions, 17-2324
Denying the petition for review of an Immigration Judge's determination at a reasonable fear proceeding that the petitioner was not entitled to relief from a reinstated removal order because the petitioner's due process rights were not violated when the IJ conducted the proceeding without the presence of the petitioner's attorney because the hearing was not a removal proceeding and the petitioner did not show that he suffered prejudice by the absence of his counsel.
