Kriegre v. Bank of America, 17-1275

Reversing a district court grant of Bank of America's motion to dismiss the operative complaint that they violated two consumer protection laws, the Fair Credit Billing Act and the Truth in Lending Act for failure to state a claim because this decision was contrary to the text, regulatory framework and policies of both statutes in a case involving fraudulent charges that were remove, then reapplied to a credit cardholder's account.
