Granting writ of habeas corpus in the case of a teenager whose partner in crime shot a store clerk during a robbery who was convicted of murder and sentenced to life without parole because the conviction was later overturned due to erroneous instructions given to the jury regarding intent and the appellate division held that this resulted in a deprivation of due process.
