Karns v. Parker, 16-2171

Affirming the district court's grant of summary judgment to the defendant NJ transit officers in a case where evangelical preachers were arrested for defiant trespass and obstruction of justice when preaching on a train platform without the required permit and alleged First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendment violations because the defendants had valid Eleventh Amendment immunity and qualified immunity defenses.
