Fallon v. Mercy Catholic Medical Center, 16-3573

Affirming the decision by the District Court dismissing a suit alleging religious discrimination in the termination of a man from his job at a hospital who refused to be inoculated for the flu because, although the court felt his beliefs were sincere and strongly held, they were not religious in nature and therefore not protected by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
