United States Third Circuit
Barna v. Board of School Directors of the Panther Valley School District, 15-3904
Affirming in part, vacating in part, and remanding a case involving a man banned from attending school board meetings due to his threatening and disruptive behavior in which the district court had granted a motion for summary judgment finding that the man's constitutional rights had been violated but that qualified immunity shielded the school board and officials from liability for damages because the grant of summary judgment in favor of individual officials in their individual capacities was fine, but a grant of summary judgment to them in their official capacities was inappropriate.
