Granting the petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals removal order, vacating the denial of applications for adjustment of status, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture in the case of an Uzbek national who relished watching violent terroristic videos because the BIA misapplied the clearly erroneous standard in rejecting the Immigration Judge's finding that the petitioner's testimony was credible.
