United States Third Circuit
Uddin v. Attorney General United States of America, 17-1056
Denying a petition for review challenging the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissal of a Bangladeshi national's Convention Against Torture claim, but granting the petition in part and remanding as it applied to a withholding of removal claim because although the applicant was a member of the Bangladesh National Party, which has had members who committed terrorist acts, the party itself has not authorized any terrorist activity and as such cannot be deemed a terrorist organization.
