United States Third Circuit
American Civil Liberties Union v. Philadelphia City Commissioners, 16-3811
Affirming the district court's dismissal of a lawsuit in which the ACLU challenged the Philadelphia City Commissioner's failure to purge city voter rolls of registered voters who are currently incarcerated due to a felony conviction because neither the National Voter Registration Act nor the Help America Vote Act require the removal of felons from voter rolls during their incarceration.
