Reversing the judgment of the District Court denying the defendants summary judgment in the case of a student working at a private hospital through a public university's clinical program who was fired for refusing to take a drug test and sued for deprivation of her property interest in the program without due process because two of those responsible were not state actors with respect to the decision to terminate and the third was eligible for qualified immunity.
