United States Third Circuit
US v. Washington, 16-2795
Vacating orders denying discovery because the standards for discovery production are different between enforcement and prosecution differ, but affirming the conviction and sentence in a stash house reverse sting where the ATF set up a robbery crew to raid a fake stash spot because the application of a statutory mandatory minimum term did not violate due process rights and alleged ineffective assistance of counsel did not result in prejudice.
