Remanding a set of preliminary orders of forfeiture holding two defendants joint and severally liable for more than $5 million in proceeds from racketeering activities connected to loan sharking and illegal gambling because the Supreme Court decision in Honeycutt v. US reviewed the forfeiture statute at issue and held that joint and several liability in such cases is unauthorized.
