In a criminal case in which an FBI agent admitted to disclosing confidential information to a reporter in exchange for information pertinent to the investigation, defendant's convictions of bank fraud, making false statements to obtain a loan, and related crimes are affirmed over his meritless claims that: 1) the FBI agent's conduct violated the Sixth Amendment because the pre-indictment press caused him to lose his job, which in turn rendered him unable to retain the counsel of his choice; and 2) the agent's conduct violated his Fifth Amendment right to due process.
