Moeck v. Pleasant Valley School District, 16-2473
In a sanctions action, arising out of a dispute between brother and sister high school wrestlers and defendant school district over the conduct of the wrestling coach, the district court's denial of defendant's motions for sanctions under F.R.C.P. Rule 11 is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in concluding the motions lacked merit.
