Conviction for brandishing a firearm during the commission of a Hobbs Act robbery is affirmed over defendant’s claim that his conviction is not a “crime of violence” under the “elements clause” of 18 U.S.C. section 324(c)(3)(A) where: 1) the two offenses are tried together and 2) the jury reached a guilty verdict on both offenses.
