US v. Fulton, 15-1513

Convictions for bank robbery and related offenses are affirmed where: 1) although the district court improperly admitted certain testimony as lay witness testimony, the error was harmless; and 2) the prosecution neither presented improper expert testimony nor misrepresented the testimony of its expert during its closing.
