In an asbestos product liability action brought by a pipefitter at defendant's facilities containing asbestos-containing turbines and switchgears, the District Court's dismissal of his civil suit is: 1) affirmed in part where plaintiff's turbine-related claim fails to demonstrate defendant was a cause of his asbestos exposure; and 2) reversed in part where the District Court erred in concluding that his switchgear-related claim is similarly deficient.
