Denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed over petitioner's ineffective assistance of counsel claim where, in light of the fact that petitioner's trial counsel did raise a Sixth Amendment speedy trial claim before trial on a motion to dismiss the indictment in the state trial court, he cannot be deemed to have been ineffective for failing to raise the claim.
