Sentence for guilty plea to 'distribution and possession with intent to distribute heroin' in violation of 21 U.S.C. section 841(a)(1), is affirmed where the District Court's interpretation of the definition of 'term of imprisonment' in the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Section 4A1.2(k) is synonymous with 'sentence of imprisonment' as used in the career offender provisions of the Guidelines.
