Staruh v. Superintendent Cambridge Springs SCI, 15-1650

In a habeas corpus action, the district court's denial of the petition for relief is affirmed where the Pennsylvania Superior Court's determination, that the hearsay confession of petitioner's mother to the murder she was convicted of committing lacked the necessary indicia of credibility to be admitted, was not contrary to clearly established federal law.
