Roberts v. Ferman, 15-2909

In a former employee's suit under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging continual retaliation, discrimination and humiliation at work in violation of Title VII and plaintiff's constitutional rights, the District Court's dismissal of plaintiff's post-trial motion for failure to comply with Rule 10 of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure is affirmed where: 1) the court did not abuse its discretion in dismissing the post-trial motion because that party chose not to attempt to recreate the trial record, despite being ordered to do so; and 2) plaintiff's other claims of error lack merit.
