Denial of defendants' motion for sentence reduction under 18 U.S.C. section 3582(c)(2) is affirmed where although defendants' sentences were 'based on' Guidelines ranges calculated under U.S.S.G. section 2D1.1, Amendment 759 is not an ex post facto law and operates to bar a sentence reduction for defendants.
