Davis v. Wells Fargo, 15-2658

In a follow-up to a foreclosure case, brought against the purported holder of mortgage and provider of insurance, seeking compensation for damage that occurred to plaintiff's house after one defendant locked him out of it, the District Court's dismissal of all claims under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), is affirmed on the grounds that claim preclusion and a statute of limitations bar recovery.
