United States Third Circuit
US v. Steiner, 14-4628
Conviction for being a felon in possession of ammunition is affirmed where: 1) the admission of evidence concerning defendant’s arrest warrant, unrelated to the charges he faced at trial, was harmless error; and 2) the district court did not err by refusing to give a unanimity instruction as to each type of ammunition seized.
