In an arbitration action arising out of a contract to purchase the song catalogue of songwriters John Whitehead and Gene McFadden, the district court's denial of defendant's motion to vacate the arbitral award is affirmed where even if the arbitral panel erred in applying New York's Dead Man's Statute, any error was insufficient to vacate the result of arbitration.
