Connelly v. Lane Construction Corp., 14-3792

In an action alleging gender-based employment discrimination and sexual harassment by a female truck driver, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the district court's dismissal of plaintiff's claims under F. R. Civ. P. Rule 12(b)(6) is vacated and the case remanded where plaintiff's amended complaint alleged facially plausible claims sufficient to survive a motion to dismiss.
