United States Third Circuit
Chesapeake Appalachia v. Scout Petroleum, 15-1275
In an arbitration action arising from disputes over oil and gas leases, the district court's grant of summary judgment to plaintiff and order vacating an arbitration decision is affirmed where the leases involved did not clearly and unmistakably delegate the question of class arbitrability to the arbitrators.
