United States Third Circuit
AT&T Corp. v. Core Communications, Inc., 14-1499
In a telecommunications action brought by AT&T against defendants Core Communications and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PPUC), the district court's grant of summary judgment to AT&T is reversed where: 1) the PPUC had jurisdiction to decide a dispute between Core Communications and AT&T over long-distance rates for terminating calls; and 2) the PPUC's orders did not conflict with federal telecommunications law.
