In an appeal brought by a physician and his medical practice corporation challenging the district court's order holding them in contempt for non-compliance with a grand jury subpoena directing its custodian of records to produce certain documents, the order is affirmed where the physician is not entitled to refuse to comply with the subpoena in accordance with his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination; and 2) the subpoena is not overbroad.
