In a case arising from a real estate investment and development scheme based in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, alleging misrepresentation by a construction company, the district court's denial of plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment is not reviewable because: 1) the summary judgment motion did not present a pure question of law; and 2) plaintiffs failed to properly preserve the factual issues they now endeavor to raise. District court's refusal to set aside the jury verdict awarding defendant compensatory and punitive damages is affirmed.
