In a suit alleging against a city and police officers alleging constitutional and state-law claims arising out of the asthma-related death of a minor, the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants is affirmed where plaintiffs' unreasonable seizure, due process, "failure to train," and false imprisonment claims are indeed tragic but without merit.
