Chavez-Alvarez v. Warden York County Prison, 14-1402
In a habeas action, in which petitioner contends that the Government is violating his right to due process by detaining him, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. section 1226(c), without a bond hearing since June 2012, denial of petition for a writ of habeas corpus is reversed and remanded to ensure petitioner is promptly afforded a bond hearing.
