In re Jeffrey J. Prosser, 14-1633

Order vacating the bankruptcy court's imposition of 28 U.S.C. section 1927 sanctions is reversed, where: 1) the bankruptcy court imposed sanctions because of the numerous and inflammatory submissions that debtor's counsel filed in his bankruptcy proceeding and associated adversary proceeding; and 2) because these filings vexatiously and unnecessarily multiplied the bankruptcy proceedings, the bankruptcy court did not abuse its discretion by imposing such sanctions.
