In this whistleblower retaliation suit, plaintiff alleges that defendant fired him for reporting securities violations to his supervisor. Plaintiff, however, had earlier signed an arbitration agreement with defendant. The district court’s order dismissing the complaint and compelling arbitration is affirmed, where plaintiff’s whistleblower claim is not covered by any of the Dodd-Frank Act’s restrictions on predispute arbitration agreements.
