United States Third Circuit
US v. Donahue, 13-4767
Order of the district court suppressing evidence seized in the search of defendant's car is reversed and remanded for further proceedings, where: 1) the automobile exception to the warrant requirement obviated the government's need to seek a warrant before searching the car as the government had probable cause to conduct the search; and 2) inasmuch as the automobile exception was applicable, there were virtually no temporal, physical, or numerical limitations on the scope of the search.
