United States Third Circuit

Griswold v. Coventry First LLC, 13-1879

In an action alleging fraud in connection with the sale of an insurance policy, the district court's denial of defendant's motion to dismiss and motion to compel arbitration are affirmed, where: 1) the Court lacks appellate jurisdiction to review the district court's motion to dismiss; and 2) the presumption in favor of arbitration does not extend to non-signatories of an agreement, as in the present case.
