Dismissal of plaintiffs' action asserting their entitlement to the statutory protections of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), is affirmed, where: 1) all of plaintiffs' claims, including their retaliation claims, require exhaustion of the IDEA's administrative process; and 2) the district court therefore did not err in dismissing them because plaintiffs' failure to exhaust administrative remedies forestalled the district court from properly asserting subject matter jurisdiction over the federal claims.
